About JobAgent

Most job searching is sending the same resume to hundreds of listings and hearing back from few. The work that actually helps, deciding which roles fit and adapting your application to each, takes the most time. JobAgent does that part first: it ranks jobs by how well they match you, so your effort goes into the applications most likely to work.

A resume says what you've done; it doesn't show how you think. Proof of Fit is a short timed assessment for a specific role: three questions with follow-ups based on your answers, graded the same way for every candidate. You can share the report with employers, and recruiters on JobAgent can invite candidates to take one for their opening.

Recruiters commit to a response time when they post a role, so candidates who complete a proof aren't left waiting without an answer.

JobAgent's AI features run on an AI provider. On the Free plan you connect your own key (Groq and Google Gemini give free keys that cover a normal job search) and use everything without limits; we charge nothing for it. Paid plans, from ₹399 or $12 a month, run the AI for you. See pricing.

• Your resume and profile are stored securely, and each account can only reach its own records.
• Your resume text is sent to the AI provider only to produce your results. We don't sell your data.
• Your own AI key is checked with the provider and stored encrypted, and is never shown again after you save it.
• Job sources only ever receive your search terms (role and country), never your resume.
