How it works
1. Post a role
Add the title, description and the skills that matter. Choose how many days you'll take to answer candidates, from 1 to 30.
2. See who fits
JobAgent scores job seekers who are open to work against your role, so you start with a ranked shortlist instead of a pile of applications.
3. Invite them to Proof of Fit
Candidates you invite take a short timed assessment for your role: three questions, each with a follow-up based on their answer, graded the same way for everyone.
4. Decide in time
Advance or decline each candidate who finishes. Advancing asks them to accept an introduction; declining sends them feedback from their report.
Every candidate gets an answer
When you post a role you set a response deadline. Candidates who finish a proof see when to expect your decision. If the deadline passes without one, the application closes automatically and the candidate is told, with feedback from their report. Nobody is left waiting on a role that went quiet.
Contact details only when they agree
When you advance someone, they're asked to accept an introduction. You get their contact details once they say yes, so the candidates you talk to are ones who want to talk to you.
The same test for everyone
Proofs are graded by the same AI model for every candidate, and the report shows a score per skill, strengths and gaps. Pasted answers are marked on the report, so you can see what was written in the moment.
